Promote the participation of 95% of employees in at least three annual training, awareness or education activities on occupational health and safety.

Ensure 100% compliance with current national regulations on Occupational Health and Safety through internal audits, monitoring of action plans, and periodic system updates.

Continually improve working conditions by implementing at least 90% of the corrective and preventive actions arising from inspections, investigations and internal audits.

Promote employees’ physical and mental well-being through health programs, active breaks and psychosocial support, with the aim of achieving 85% satisfaction in the workplace well-being surveys conducted during the year.

These objectives will be reviewed and updated periodically, ensuring their achievement within a 12-month period, in accordance with the principles of continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (SIG).
