\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To establish corporate guidelines aimed at preventing the use of tobacco, alcohol, and psychoactive substances in the workplace, promoting safe, healthy, and productive work environments, in alignment with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) and the Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV).<\/p>

This policy seeks to protect the physical and mental integrity of employees and other stakeholders, as well as to preserve the operational and reputational security of the organization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

SCOPE<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Applies to all Kreston Colombia stakeholders. (Shareholders, Senior Management, employees, suppliers, contractors, clients, and visitors), as well as all offices and operations nationwide.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

It is mandatory during:<\/p>

  • Working hours.\u2022Corporate activities inside or outside the facilities.<\/li>
  • Work-related travel.<\/li>
  • Operation of company-owned, contracted, or organization-serviced vehicles.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    POLICY DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The use of tobacco, alcohol, and psychoactive substances constitutes a risk factor that affects work performance, increases the likelihood of workplace accidents, deteriorates the organizational environment, and compromises road safety and public health.<\/p>

    In alignment with current Colombian regulations, the SG-SST, and the PESV, Kreston Colombia adopts a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and psychoactive substance use during work activities and work-related travel.<\/p>

    The organization promotes healthy habits and lifestyles, fostering a culture of self-care, responsibility, and risk prevention.<\/p>

    Therefore, with the aim of improving work performance and promoting healthy habits and lifestyles, and taking into account the provisions of Colombian legislation, the following parameters are established:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt is prohibited to report to the workplace or perform work activities under the influence of alcohol, psychoactive substances, non-prescribed medications that alter psychomotor capacity, or any substance that affects the safe performance of duties.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe consumption, possession, distribution, or commercialization of alcoholic beverages, psychoactive substances, or energizers is prohibited during working hours, on company premises, on client or supplier premises, or in any space where organization-related activities are carried out.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn compliance with the Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV), the strict prohibition of driving company-owned, corporate, or contracted vehicles under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances is established. Non-compliance will be considered a serious offense.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tProof of the use, transport, distribution, or sale of prohibited substances will result in disciplinary measures, which may include termination of contract and reporting to competent authorities, depending on the severity of the case.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
